Terms & Conditions:
New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Scope of Services & Mowing Standards
New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC provides professional landscaping, lawn care, fencing, remodeling, and property maintenance services for residential and commercial clients. All services are performed pursuant to approved estimates, quotes, or signed service agreements. Any work outside the agreed scope must be authorized in writing prior to execution.

2. Proposal Validity
All quotes and proposals are valid for seven (7) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing and scheduling are subject to change after expiration.

3. Payments, Deposits & Card on File
A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and schedule any project unless otherwise stated in writing. Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of service. Clients must maintain a valid card on file.
Late payments are subject to an 18% service charge, applied as a line item. A fuel surcharge may apply when applicable.

4. Lien for Nonpayment
In the event of nonpayment, New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under Georgia law, including but not limited to filing a mechanic’s lien or materialman’s lien against the property where services were performed.
Client acknowledges that landscaping, remodeling, and property improvement services may qualify for lien rights under applicable law. Any costs incurred by the Company in enforcing payment—including lien filing fees, administrative costs, collection costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees—may be added to the outstanding balance.
Nothing in this section waives the Company’s right to pursue additional remedies for nonpayment.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or skipped services without proper notice are billed at 100% of the scheduled service rate. Overgrown lawns may result in additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time, securing pets, and keeping work areas clear of obstructions. Failure to do so may result in service delays or additional charges.

7. Warranty & Disclaimers
Plant materials are warranted for thirty (30) days when properly maintained. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from neglect, improper care, vandalism, acts of nature, weather conditions, or third-party interference.

8. Liability & Damages
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. Under no circumstances shall New Beginning Landscape & Remodel LLC be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

9. Irrigation & Watering
Clients should not water lawns the night before or the day of scheduled service. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by malfunctioning or improperly scheduled irrigation systems.

10. Property Damage Policy
Any property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Unauthorized repairs made without Company approval will not be reimbursed.

11. Photo & Media Use
The Company may take photographs or videos of work performed for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes. Client consent is implied unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Lawn Service Policy
Recurring lawn services may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly as agreed. Missed visits due to inaccessible yards, locked gates, or client-caused delays will be charged in full.

13. Contract Cancellation & Early Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Early termination prior to completion of a twelve (12)-month service term will result in an early termination fee equal to the greater of twenty-five percent (25%) of the remaining contract balance or five hundred dollars ($500) for larger projects. For standard service agreements, a minimum early termination fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) will apply.
This fee represents a reasonable estimate of administrative, scheduling, and lost opportunity costs and is not a penalty.

14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with venue in Fulton County, Georgia.
